Payment & Pricing
- Prices are subject to prevailing GST.
- Subscriptions can be paid via NETS, Credit Card, PayNow, GIRO (renewal only), or local cheque (corporate customers only).
- Cash payments are accepted only from Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, capped at $500 per transaction.
Weight Limits
For safety reasons, the following weight limits apply to all box sizes:
- Extra Small, Small, and Medium: maximum 4kg
- Large and Extra Large: maximum 8kg
