Embracing opportunities
Like her peers who have not shied away from taking on new challenges, Junn embraced an exciting opportunity when given the chance. In 2019, she took on a business development role with Certis Aviation Security, where she led internal projects, championed innovations in operations planning, and delivered client-focused solutions with precision and insight.
By 2023, Junn was ready for another leap. With support from her manager, she made a move into operations, leading a team of over 50 staff at Changi Airport’s Pass Offices. Her leadership shone as she tackled large-scale initiatives, including the Airport Pass in Changi (APIC) Mass Pass Enrolment Exercise.
Widening your career horizon
