For any business to operate effectively and efficiently, it needs robust systems and processes in place.
When it comes to security, risk management is critical – both for our customers and for the internal workings of our business.
It is the cornerstone of what we do.
At Certis Security Australia, our National Operations Centre (NOC), is our heartbeat. Our nerve centre.
It’s here, in this centralised operations centre, where we monitor and keep control of everything we do for our clients across 500+ sites. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and sees more than 150 incidents every month across our various business units and support units.
The role of the NOC is critical to our business – and to the quality service we provide to our clients.
The NOC in action
When an incident occurs, it’s immediately logged and reported to management via our Incident Reporting and Investigation Management System (IRIMS).
It’s escalated appropriately and ensures each incident gets the appropriate, and timely, action it requires.
Once an incident is reported and logged, it’s there forever. It’s kept in our IRIMS database, and cannot be lost, misplaced or removed.
