A Future Ready Work Force
How does Certis Security create a future ready workforce that is ready for Industry 4.0?
Certis Security Australia rises to this challenge by delivering learning and development programs that make a difference to our employees and customers, thereby ensuring a future ready workforce that understands the dynamic, changing world we live in. This extends to our promise to always delivering security guards and security personnel with the right qualifications and the right training to deliver assurance to our customers of the reliable service they can trust. This is all brought together with a technology-enabled learning infrastructure, so our learning and development offerings deliver a workforce that is ready to protect and prevent risk.
We deliver our training expertise across Asia Pacific through our learning and development teams, partnering with our registered training organisation - Certis Academy Australia and global parent providers Certis Corporate University in Singapore.
Below are the four pillars Certis Security Australia uses to develop a future ready workforce.
Timely, customised, flexible, bite sized, on the job learning is delivered to our teams via our global Learning Management System (Certis LMS). Laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone, we bring the learning to the client site and can customise the content based on the environment, customer requirements and compliance factors.
Certis supports employees in enhancing their digital skills through next generation technologies such as Cloud technology, Data Analytics, Robotics and 5G technology. Training programs also incorporate the learning of digital skills such as the Office 365 suite of tools for their daily work.
Training employees to be multi-skilled workers by taking on multiple roles and develop skillsets that are needed for the future is a key pillar of our training programs. Career pathways, succession planning and individual development programs ensure our workforce stays engaged and connected to the changing environment we serve.
Human-centred partnership is a key capability we develop in our leaders. It is important our leaders understand our clients and their customers’ needs in the services we deliver. The Certis Corporate University partners with Certis Academy Australia to deliver professional development and leadership training on a global scale.
The Certis leadership pillars focus on developing our future ready leaders, including continuous quality improvement frameworks, human centred design methodologies; best practice in customer service and embedding the key capabilities to build high performing teams.
