I am writing to express my appreciation to Ms Rupha for lending a listening ear to my wife who reported that her gold jewellery was misplaced at the safe deposit box. She patiently recorded my wife's reported misplaced items, helped to follow-up on the case and promptly updated my wife. My wife managed to find her reported lost items at home so I immediately reported it to Ms. Rupha the next morning. Thank you once again.
