Terms & Conditions

  1. All existing SDB customers can be a Referrer in the Certis CISCO Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Referral Programme.
  2. To enjoy the promotion, the referred safe deposit box subscriber (Referee) must present the completed Referral Card at the point of registration.
  3. All successful Referrers will each receive $50 Shopping Voucher/s and each newly referred safe deposit box subscriber (Referee) will receive FREE additional six months’ subscription upon signing up for a minimum 1 year subscription.
  4. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts and/or voucher/s.
  5. This promotion is ONLY applicable for Personal accounts for ALL box sizes under GIRO payment scheme only.
  6. The Referees are required to pay a mandatory sum of S$200 refundable key deposit as per all new SDB sign-ups.
  7. Promotion Eligibility at the point of the Referee signing up:
    1. The Referrer must have an ACTIVE SDB contract with Certis CISCO. (Exempted for current Certis Staff)
    2. The Referrer must not have any outstanding payment for his/her current SDB account.
    3. The Referrer shall not be added as a licensee/mandatee in the Referee’s account for the next 18 months.
    4. The Referee has to be 1st time customer who has not been registered in Certis database.
    5. $50 Shopping Voucher/s will be mailed to the Referrer via registered mail within 30 days after the Referee signs up.
    6. Shopping Vouchers shall be given out in pre-determined denominations and cannot be exchanged for cash nor other items.
    7. Once vouchers are issued, Certis CISCO shall not be responsible for the loss, defacement, misplacement, expiry of the vouchers.
  8. All arising cost incidental to the subscription including the first year subscription must be paid in full during registration.
  9. The Referees, under the GIRO scheme will have to pay subsequent subscription fees through GIRO deduction, failing which Certis CISCO shall reserve the rights to convert the customer to the corresponding Non-GIRO scheme and its respective charges will apply.
  10. Registrations must be done in person.
  11. This promotion is subjected to box size availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  12. SDB number and location allocation shall be at the discretion of Certis CISCO. Additional charges shall apply for selection of box number or location.
  13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms & conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional collaterals relating to this promotion, these terms & conditions shall apply.
  14. Certis CISCO reserves the right to discontinue, vary or amend any of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
  15. By signing up this promotion, customer agrees and consents to the public disclosure and use of his/her name, contact details, images, photographs, testimonials, voice and/or video recording by Certis CISCO in its sole discretion for publicity and future marketing related purposes without payment or compensation.
