SINGAPORE, 12 August 2026 – Certis has entered a strategic partnership with SUPCON, a global provider of industrial automation and industrial AI, to bring robotics deeper into frontline operations. The aim is to move robots beyond stand-alone trials and into connected, human-led operating models that extend coverage, sharpen responsiveness and keep service consistent across complex, real-world environments.
Certis will bring its operational expertise, customer environments and integrated operations capabilities to identify, validate and scale robotics use cases, while SUPCON contributes its robotics, industrial AI and automation technologies. It is a division of roles that reflects how Certis works: as an integrated operations provider that designs the operating model and runs the outcome, not a reseller of hardware.

Two areas of focus
Real-world validation and deployment. Certis and SUPCON will evaluate and deploy security robots in live operating environments, across use cases such as intelligent patrols, visitor and personnel guidance, anomaly alerts, on-site support, remote collaboration and facility or precinct management. Certis provides the operational requirements and field data; SUPCON refines robot functions, integration and scenario adaptability based on what those deployments reveal.
Integrated service models. The two companies will explore how robotics connects with security platforms, digital management systems and operational workflows, building human-robot operating models that are predictive, responsive and data-driven, and moving beyond isolated automation towards coordinated service delivery.

The collaboration is expected to progress through pilot deployment, field evaluation, product optimisation and joint solution development, with successful use cases developed into repeatable solutions for deployment across suitable customer environments. It is already moving from agreement into live operating environments, with more to follow as the work matures.
Across both areas, the intent is the same: robotics that supports frontline teams rather than replacing them, combining the consistency of automation with the judgement and care that only people bring.
