Leading the Way in Digital Transformation
Our strategy involves using human-centric technology to care for and improve the work experience in multi-faceted ways. Automation helps employees better spend their work time on other responsibilities rather than on administrative processes.
Allegro is our all-in-one app that allows our employees to self-serve administrative tasks and get automatic approvals for specific requests. Developed in-house, Certis believes in equipping employees with technology-driven solutions to enable them to be more efficient and better at what they do.
Human-centric automation for health and safety is also implemented to help our front-liners. eBox, Certis' self-service pickup locker, is a safe and convenient way of delivering critical personal protective equipment to front-liners.
Taking Care of our Employees' Well-being
To keep employees engaged during the pandemic, a host of virtual wellness activities are organised for all global offices. These included mindfulness sessions, stress management yoga classes, and workshops to aid financial well-being.
Initiatives such as the training of volunteer employees as para-counsellors and our Employee Assistance Programme that offers a 24/7 hotline operated by trained mental health professionals also help ensure our employees receive the support they need.
To recognise our employees' contributions, the Certis Pinnacle Award recognises exceptional performance and other awards for long-term service. Care packs were also given to all our global employees to show our heartfelt appreciation for their hard work throughout the pandemic.
Investing in Employees' Career Development
Certis designs our in-house career development programmes by taking into consideration the complexity and diversity of its workforce, the acceleration of technology and changing global needs.
Our competency models provide a robust and structured framework to identify critical skills and training courses required to upgrade our employees including digital literacy, leadership, and functional areas. These courses have helped design our overall curriculum, mapped to the different competencies and proficiency levels.
Certis' Individual Development Plan encourages employees to direct their development opportunities, including job rotations, on-the-job training experience, overseas exposure, and informal coaching moments to reinforce their strengths or address gaps.
Launched in November 2019, Certis Corporate University features a purpose-built facility with state-of-the-art learning technologies. It equips our workforce with critical and industry-relevant skillsets to stay future-ready in this fast-evolving business climate and set the standards in our industry and beyond.
By embracing teaching innovation, employees can learn through the extensive use of simulators for a more realistic, immersive and collaborative learning experience.
