Certis Security Australia has been awarded ‘Best Digital Transformation’ project 2019 at the recent OutSystems NextStep Conference held in Denver and Amsterdam. The OutSystems Innovation Awards recognise, honour, and celebrate the organisations and people that are using OutSystems to make IT more proactive, productive and essential to create business value and drive innovation.
Our leading and innovative platform BOSS( Business Operations Support System) Screening Station was recognised for the digital transformation of the Explosives Trade Detection (ETD) process at our aviation sites. This project involved creating an application to streamline the aviation screening process with a focus on usability, efficiency and real-time metrics. The process was effectively developed in under five weeks from idea conception to design, development and implementation.
The BOSS Screening Station has now been deployed to several world class airports with great success and it was made possible with our unique Operations-Technology(Ops-Tech) process that focuses on customer partnership and innovation. The Ops-Tech team has a diverse range of backgrounds and skill-sets, including security operations, workforce planning and information technology and all members have been certified in design thinking strategies.
