At the AWS Summit Singapore held on 11 April, Mr Chua Chwee Koh,
Certis’ Chief Group Technology and Operations, shared with over 8,000
attendees that Certis has continued its transformation journey to stay
at the forefront of innovation by embracing digitalisation at its core.
The AWS Summit Singapore brings together the cloud computing
community to connect and collaborate on developing next-gen cloud
technology solutions.
One of the examples shared by Mr Chua was the development and
deployment of the new cloud-native application, Argus. Developed by
Certis, the application has artificial intelligence capabilities and a
dynamic task management engine. In addition, it facilitates analytics
and optimisation, leading to better situational awareness and efficiency
of the security officers.
This next generation officer support system will be utilised by Certis’ 12,000 operations and ground staff in Singapore.
