Responding to COVID-19 as One Certis, our top priority has been to take care of our people and hold safety with the highest importance. Our internal communications focused on showing assurance and care for our employees, and set directions on how to stay and work safe. When working from home and virtual meetings became a way of life, we organised online activities to engage our people with key emphasis on well-being and employee resilience.
Beyond our people, we recognised our key role in keeping our communities safe. At short notice, we mobilised large numbers of manpower, deployed smart technological solutions keeping our communities and people safe, while ensuring business continuity for our customers. We told stories of our unsung heroes and heroines, recognised and celebrated the contributions of our front-liners.
We remain committed to be good corporate citizens. Despite challenging times, we doubled-down on our corporate social responsibility efforts, launched key initiatives to engage persons with disabilities and disadvantaged children, levelling up opportunities for an inclusive society.
