As Certis evolves as an advanced integrated security services organisation, we remain committed to deliver excellent service to all our stakeholders. Certis is proud to announce that 417 staff have received the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) in 2018.
EXSA is a national award managed by Enterprise Singapore and seven industry lead bodies. This award recognises outstanding individuals who have delivered exemplary and quality service. It seeks to develop models for service staff to emulate, create service champions and enhance professionalism in service delivery.
This year, Certis has achieved a record-breaking number of 417 award winners - 62 Star, 118 Gold and 237 Silver respectively. This record is a six-fold improvement from last year.
“Our staff have done exceptionally well this year. I thank all our winners for their dedication, commitment and hard work while performing their duties. Customer excellence is a key component of our Security+ approach, where we seek to help drive greater value for our customers,” said Ms Yuen Shuang Ching, Head, Group Service Excellence, Certis.
In addition, some Star Award winners were nominated as the finalists for the Superstar Award - the highest accolade for EXSA.
