We are pleased to announce that Certis will be acquiring 100% of SNP Security, Australia’s third largest security firm, boosting Certis presence in Australia's security sector. Pending regulatory approval, the deal is part of Certis’ strategic move to become a global player in security.
Certis Group has an existing security business in Australia, BRI. With the addition of SNP, Certis Group will establish Certis Security Australia to drive the strategy and market growth of the businesses.
Tom Roche, SNP’s Managing Director for the last 25 years, will be appointed to lead Certis Security Australia. He will work closely with the Certis Group to deliver seamless service during the integration.
