NATIONAL GALLERY SINGAPORE (NGS) held a Service Partners Appreciation Dinner last month, in recognition of its partners for their dedication to work and exemplary performance.
The event recounted the Gallery’s history since its momentous opening in 2015. It was also at the dinner where 12 Visitor Experience Ambassadors and Facility Managers from People Advantage Pte Ltd (PAPL) and Synergy Facilities Management International (Synergy FMI) – both wholly-owned subsidiaries under parent company, Certis Group – bagged awards for contributing to the high service standards at the Gallery. The awards were presented by both the Chairman and CEO of NGS – Mr. Hsieh Fu Hua and Ms. Chong Siak Ching respectively.

However, it is not the first time they have been lauded for quality service delivery.
In November, 10 Visitor Experience Ambassadors from PAPL also represented NGS at the nationally acclaimed Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2017, taking home a total of 4 STAR, 3 Gold and 3 Silver Awards. Additionally, Ms. Caroline Beverly Seah, a Visitor Experience Ambassador was also recognised at the Singapore Tourism Awards 2017, for delivering outstanding experiences and demonstrating enterprise excellence at the Gallery. She emerged as a proud finalist for ‘Best Customer Service’.
