Safety First at COVID-19

During these challenging times, ensuring the safety and well-being of recovering COVID-19 patients is of top priority to Certis.

Since April 2020, Certis has been appointed as the sole security services provider managing and securing the Community Care Facility (CCF) at the Singapore EXPO & MAX Atria for recovering COVID-19 patients. The CCF houses cases who are clinically well and no longer require acute care, and newly confirmed cases with mild symptoms who do not require hospital care.

As the appointed security services partner, Certis has been entrusted with the planning, design and formulation of processes to ensure smooth and safe operations within the facility.

In addition to securing the facility and ensuring the safety of the residents and medical staff, Certis also supports the medical team in the CCF day-to-day operations. Today, Certis deploys close to 200 officers at the CCF covering 10 halls at Singapore EXPO & MAX Atria.
