Certis CISCO welcomed Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), Mr. Chan Chun Sing, to the official opening of its Business Process Re-Engineering Operations (BPRO™) Command Centre today.
The BPRO™ Command Centre leverages cutting-edge technology to complement manpower and plays a critical role in the command and control of daily security operations.
During the visit, Mr Chan was briefed on the process in which BPRO™ incorporates technology to enhance the effectiveness of Certis CISCO’s security operations.
BPRO™ involves the holistic analysis and complete redesign of workflows within a company in order to optimize end-to-end processes and automate non-value-added tasks through the use of technology.
This is aligned with Certis CISCO’s M³ operating philosophy which integrates Man – competent manpower, Machine – the smart use of technology, and Method – specifically proven processes, to ensure maximized productivity throughout the full tenure of any contract.
The event was a great success, and the visit ended off on a positive note for both Mr Chan and Certis CISCO representatives.
