Graduating in the next 6-9 months, or have graduated with less than 2 years of working experience
Passionate about making the world a safer, smarter and better place, and want to be in the thick of the action and drive change
Savvy with technology, and a natural in leveraging technology in everything you do (because not doing so is like trying to win with one hand tied behind your back!)
Preferably a holder of Honours Degree with Distinction, High Merit or equivalent

Intake: July - September every year

Yes, the Certis MAP programme is open to both local and foreign students and young professionals with less than 2 years of working experience.
We welcome candidates from all majors and backgrounds. However, it is preferred though not required, if you can demonstrate basic savviness in technological skills (analytics, basic coding, Power BI etc.).
We want to make sure you are the right fit. Every application goes through a four-stage selection process where we shortlist individuals at each stage:
We take in about 5-8 outstanding graduates and young professionals.
Our team will work with you closely to understand your aspirations, qualifications but the final decision lies with the management team who will take into consideration your skills, interests, business needs and fit with the team.
The overall assessment and selection process will take place from January to May each year. You will receive an email regarding next steps if you are shortlisted.
All MAs will go through 2 rotations within the two-year programme. Thereafter, the MA can either (i) remain in the current business unit / function, (ii) return to the business unit / function in his/her first year or (iii) be rotated to a third business unit / function for exposure. This will be done in consultation with each MA, the HR team as well as the relevant Head of Business Unit / Function.
