One of the aims of Certis Corporate University (CCU) is to enable digital literacy throughout Certis. In line with this aim, CCU recently hosted an Ops-Tech Integration workshop by Group Technology & Operations (GTO). The session was attended by colleagues from Physical Security Business (PSB), GTO and CCU.
The training was organisedfor Ops and Tech managers who will be involved in integrating Ops-Tech within their respective teams. “It is great to be among the first to conduct a workshop in the new smart learning room. Moving forward, we will like to incorporate digital tools available in the learning room to make the session more interactive and exciting,” said Peter Gwee, Vice President, Head, Ops-Tech Competency.
The one-day workshop comprisedpre-reading (conducted online via the Learning Management System), classroom learning and group exercises where participants had to apply their newly acquired knowledge of Ops-Tech Integration into the given scenarios.
"At CCU, we are always finding opportunities to enable digital literacy across the workforce. To be at the forefront of our digital transformation, we will continue to collaborate with the various business units to provide training that will help our employees to be future-ready," said Dr Kenneth Tan, Vice President, Head, CCU.
