The Singapore HR Awards recognises leading organisations and human resources practitioners for advancing their field. Now into its 15th year, Certis won 5 awards in these categories:

  • Digital Transformation (Silver)
  • Employee Engagement (Silver)
  • Employee Well-Being (Silver)
  • Learning & Development (Silver)
  • Leading HR Practitioner (Bronze)

Organised by Singapore Human Resources Institute, the awards recognise our efforts in creating positive and meaningful experiences for our people.

Keeping our Employees at the Centre

People are at the heart of what we do. Our efforts centre around  employee well-being so that our people are happy, motivated and will grow together with us.

From supportive leave policies to meaningful mental wellness programmes, Certis introduced a series of initiatives to ensure our people can work in a safe space where they can grow with peace of mind.

Employee-first Digital Transformation

Our digital transformation journey was driven by a vision to transform employee experiences and embed a digital way of life within Certis.

To drive and enable digital literacy and creativity, the development of Allegro, our employee app, was done in-house to meet the exact needs of our people. Human-centric Design Thinking workshops and feedback sessions were conducted to identify key requirements and ensure Allegro serves to elevate the employee experience.

From e-Leave to corporate pass applications, Allegro serves as a user-friendly gateway for employees to conduct self-service activities and transform the way we manage our time at work.

Employees also took on the role of Citizen Developers where they utilise low code development platforms to solve their operational challenges, transforming and improving the way we work.

Learning and Development for our Future

Established in November 2019, Certis Corporate University features a purpose-built facility with state-of-the-art learning technologies. It will equip our workforce with critical and industry-relevant skillsets, so that they can stay future-ready in this fast-evolving business climate and set the standards in our industry and beyond.

By embracing teaching innovation, employees can learn through the extensive use of simulators for a more realistic, immersive and collaborative learning experience.
