Mr Ng Tian Beng joined the Board on 7 April 2025.
Mr Ng is the President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Certis, where he leads the organisation in advancing its Ops-Tech transformation and driving growth across key markets. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the technology sector, with deep expertise in strategic business development, innovation, and stakeholder engagement across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Certis, Mr Ng was previously Senior Vice President and General Manager for Dell Technologies Asia Pacific and Japan, where he oversaw a multi-billion-dollar channel business and led strategic partnerships across the region. He has held senior leadership roles across South Asia, Korea, Singapore and Brunei, and led Dell’s Global Accounts business in Asia Pacific and Japan.
Mr Ng has also contributed to national initiatives in Singapore, through roles he held in the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, Singapore IT Federation, and Workplace Safety and Health Council.
Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University, California, USA, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Western Australia.
Group Chief Financial Officer
As Group CFO, Soo Lim oversees Group Finance, Risk Management, Treasury, Insurance and Strategic Business Development including Mergers and Acquisitions. Soo Lim has over 30 years of experience and has held senior positions in various international and local companies such as Shell, SATS and Singtel. Joining Certis in 2018 as Senior Managing Director of Strategic Business Development, Soo Lim has worked closely with Certis’ senior leadership since, to ensure the Group’s steady and sustainable growth. He is also a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Jaclyn leads the Group’s Human Resources Division to accelerate the growth and performance of its 33,000 global employees, cementing Certis’ position as a global operations technology solutions provider.
She brings some 30 years of human resources expertise spanning the full spectrum of functions in both international and local organisations. Jaclyn previously led the Group Human Resources team from 2005 to 2009, where she championed the people-first agenda and HR transformation during the corporatisation of Certis. Jaclyn is also a Public Administration Medal (Silver) recipient in Singapore, and is accredited as Master Professional (IHRP-MP) by the Institute of Human Resource Professionals.
General Counsel, Group Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs
Laura Low is the General Counsel & Group Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Certis, leading the legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial teams. As General Counsel, Laura oversees legal advisory and compliance governance, working closely with business leaders on strategy, commercial activities, M&As, investments, and divestments for the Group globally. Since joining Certis in 2012, Laura has supported partnerships, new ventures, and acquisitions in markets including Australia, Hong Kong, and Qatar. She also led the corporate planning function previously to develop and execute Certis’ growth.
Before Certis, Laura was Assistant General Manager, Legal, at Keppel Corporation, overseeing legal advisory work for several of the conglomerate’s listed entities. Laura started her career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in Singapore. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University of Singapore.

Ronald was formerly the Chief Executive, Singapore. Under his leadership, Certis Singapore expanded into new markets and business segments, secured major contracts, and earned the trust of key customers. Ronald now advises the executive leadership, utilising his deep understanding of Singapore’s security industry alongside his long-lasting partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders across various sectors. During his tenure, Ronald drove the successful implementation and adoption of Certis’ unique service offering that orchestrates multi-service digital operations and led the way for integrated smart services offerings in the industry. Ronald continues to power Certis’ growth as the leading advanced operations and technology outsourcing partner.

Hock Heng leads and oversees Certis’ multi-sector business in Singapore. A veteran with over 20 years of service at Certis, he has held various leadership roles across the organisation, such as Secure Logistics Services, Operations Technology, and Certis Integrated Services. Hock Heng’s keen commercial acumen led Certis to successfully secure Jewel Changi Airport as a key client in 2019, providing it with security, facilities management, and guest services. Recognised for his visionary leadership, he has spearheaded major transformation initiatives that elevated process efficiency, enhanced service quality, and strengthened client relationships. Hock Heng is also concurrently Chairman EXCO, Qatar.
Deputy Chief Executive, Singapore (Operations)
Boon Gay leads the growth and development of Certis’ industry-leading physical security business in Singapore, and is responsible for building up the operations-technology capabilities that underpin Certis’ sophisticated solutions. With over 20 years’ experience as a senior civil servant and in the Singapore Police Force, Boon Gay leads the Certis team in Singapore in its commitment to public service and keeping the community safe. Drawing from his experience in operational strategies, systems and technological development, and ground execution for large operational units, Boon Gay continues to steer Certis’ solutioning, consulting, and integrated services businesses.
Leonard is the Chief Executive of Certis Technology Services Business, driving technology adoption, transformation and digitisation of Certis’ business and operations. Prior to his appointment, Leonard was Senior Vice President, Head of Certis Technology Singapore, as well as Deputy Head of Certis Technology Services Business.
Since joining Certis in 2017, Leonard led the formulation of an advanced, unified Command and Control platform within Certis, leveraging smart technology such as smart CCTV, IoT sensors, AI analytics and big data, to effectively manage all aspects of the precinct and built environment operations. Leonard is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering, information architecture and operational technology. He partners both internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and influence high impact, data-driven decision making.
Brett Pickens is Chief Executive, Certis Australia. He works together with the senior leadership team in Australia and Singapore to steer business strategy and drive continued transformation for Certis Australia.
Brett has held leadership roles with ISS, Wilson and Securitas, and brings with him a wealth of experience in the Business-to-Business service sector. He also has a strong foundation in sales and commercial management across Australia and the Asia Pacific region, helming roles such as Chief Commercial Officer.
Thriving on innovation, Brett has experience in deploying technology solutions, including IoT and big data, to deliver competitive advantages for the organisations that he has worked for.

Raahul leads Certis’ international initiatives, scaling business across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. As Chief Strategy Officer, he partners with business leaders to drive growth and transformation across Certis and its subsidiaries, including the commercialisation of embodied AI and robotics as part of the company’s next phase of growth.
Raahul’s experience spans across multiple sectors including Business Services, Financial Services, Energy, Real Estate, Aviation, and Agri-commodities. Prior to his current role, Raahul worked in Temasek’s Portfolio Development Group and CEO Office, partnering with boards and management teams on growth, transformation, and investment priorities across multiple sectors. Earlier in his career, he was with Monitor Group, a leading global management consulting firm, advising Fortune 500 companies across North America and Asia.
Originally from Canada, Raahul has a MBA with High Distinction from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and his Honours Business Administration with Distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
