In a span of five years, Adeline gained a range of experiences across different job functions. While she started off swabbing to test for Covid-19 infections, Adeline subsequently moved to a new role leading and managing quarantine enquiries in the Intergrated Quarantine Operations Services call centre. With the constant changes in protocols during the uncertain pandemic period, Adeline’s early start in her Certis journey was like an adventure, with no two days looking the same.  

Adapting to a new role might seem challenging at first glance, but Adeline’s knack for problem-solving, process optimisation, and operational management has made her stand out in every role she took on.
