Rowena Aranton, Service Operations Executive from the Certis Aviation Security team has gone above and beyond in her role. She recently made the news for opening her home for three first-time travellers who were stranded at the airport after being left without their baggage during their connecting flights.
Her kind act struck a chord with these passengers, who shared their feedback with our quality management team. Rowena was then put up for nomination for the award. In her eight years of service, she has seen a lot, and we are heartened by her dedication to the craft, and to see her contribution recognised. As one of the 32 winners awarded at the ceremony who received her award from Singapore Minister for Transport, Mr Chee Hong Tat, Rowena truly exemplifies what it means to make the world better!

In a bustling, and lively environment like Changi Airport, things can get stressful or difficult, especially for travellers who may not be familiar with the area. The customer service role is to help make each traveller’s journey to a foreign country seamless, and worry-free, all while delivering a delightful experience.
