Benny Lim is Chief Executive of Certis Hong Kong & Macau.

In the last 15 years in Certis, Benny has helmed several business units, namely Certis Secure Logistics, Certis Protection and Enforcement Services, Certis Aviation Security and Certis Land Security.

Before being appointed as Chief Executive, Benny was Head of Physical Security Business in Singapore. He led the transformation and merger of Certis Protection and Enforcement Services and Certis Auxiliary Police Force to form Certis Land Security. Benny also led his team in the design and operation of bespoke ops-tech outsourcing solutions to meet the customers' wide range of business requirements. This included the implementation of the first Security+ project in Jewel at Singapore's Changi Airport.

Benny attained a Diploma in Logistics from the USA Logistics & Executive Development Course and certification with the Asian International Executive Programme by the INSEAD Business School, Singapore. Benny also served the Singapore Armed Forces for about 20 years and his last rank was Lieutenant Colonel.

Mr Tang King Shing joined Certis in July 2017. The additional honorary/non-executive title of Chairman, Greater China was presented to him with effect from 1 April 2019.

His role as Chairman, Greater China includes providing actionable insights on the market, customers, competitors and regulations. He facilitates introductions and networking, as well as advising Certis on how it should build relationships and mutual understanding with potential customers and key stakeholders. He plays a valuable role as an ambassador for Certis and advises in times of extraordinary events.

Mr Tang joined the Hong Kong Police as an Inspector in 1976. He retired from the police service in 2011 after holding the office of the Commissioner of Police for four years. During his 35 years of service as a police officer, Mr Tang held a variety of operational, staff and management posts, including experience in the unique fields of counter-terrorism and aviation security. Between 1991 and 1993, he was seconded to the Metropolitan Police Service, London, undertaking the role of a Divisional Superintendent. In recognition of his police service, Mr Tang was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) in 2011 and the Hong Kong Police Medal for Distinguished Service (PDSM) in 2004. Also, in 2007, the National Police Improvement Agency, UK, presented Mr Tang with the Bramshill International Leadership in Policing Award, being the first overseas recipient of such decoration.

In 2013, Mr Tang was appointed a member of the national committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee of the People’s Republic of China. He is a fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management (FInstAM), UK, and holds a Master’s degree in International and Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong. He was awarded the World Outstanding Chinese Award in 2018.

Horace Chan is the Managing Director for Certis Hong Kong and Macau.

Horace joined Certis in early 2020 and is responsible for leading the business in Hong Kong and Macau as it further establishes its complete offering of advanced integrated security services for clients.

With over 20 years of experience in general management, sales and marketing at IT vendors, Horace has taken on leadership roles across the Hong Kong, Greater China, and Asia Pacific and Japan corporate sales regions. Prior to Certis, he was with Symantec Hong Kong and Macau.

Horace graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from University of Hong Kong and a Professional Diploma in Corporate Finance from Michigan Business School, USA. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School in the UK.

Stanley Siu Leung Wong is the Managing Director of Certis Hong Kong and Macau, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in the logistics industry to his role. Since joining Certis Hong Kong and Macau in 2019, Stanley has consistently demonstrated his expertise and dedication, leading the team to win new business from well-known customers in different market segments. In addition to his role as Managing Director, Stanley concurrently serves as the Business Head of Certis Security.

Stanley is also an Executive Committee Member of the Chamber of Security Industry (CSI), where he actively contributes to the industry's development and growth. His commitment to the growth and advancement of the security industry is further exemplified by his active involvement in CSI, where he contributes his expertise, insights, and fosters collaboration among stakeholders.

Prior to joining Certis Hong Kong and Macau, Stanley served as the Head of Commercial at American President Lines, where he was responsible for business development, marketing, and customer service. This brings him with a wealth of experience in customer-centric practices and the passion for delivering exceptional service.

Stanley holds a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West London. Together with his extensive industry knowledge, Stanley continues to navigate complex business landscapes and drives sustainable growth.

Michael leads the Certis Technology team in Certis Hong Kong and Macau. With over 18 years of experience in the technology industry, he is focused on critical business strategies, security technology, and outsourcing solutions. He is also passionate about service excellence, and helping customers achieve their business objectives with technology.

Prior to joining Certis Hong Kong and Macau, Michael was Microsoft's Regional Customer Success Lead for Greater China, and was instrumental in leading the region to become one of the world's top three adopters of Office 365 and Azure. Before that, he was the Support Practice Manager leading Microsoft Hong Kong's Premier Support Services, which served a range of key domestic and multinational customers including MTRC, CLP Power, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Morgan Stanley. He was also responsible for driving and gatekeeping a balanced scorecard for this business unit.

Michael holds a Master of Science in Administration from the Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong. He is also a certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v2 Master and Level 1 Mediator.

With 5 years of experience in security and 6 years in technology industry, Stephen and his the team manage the company’s general administration and procurement activities. He is also responsible for compliance and workplace safety & health.

In his time in Certis Hong Kong and Macau, Stephen established procedures to enhance the procurement function as well as implementing the workplace safety & health framework. He is also appointed as the lead of quality excellence to drive the productivity and efficiency of the corporate functions. Prior to joining Certis Hong Kong and Macau, Stephen was the Head of Operations and Head of Finance in Guardforce Limited.

Stephen holds a Bachelor in Economics from Macquarie University. He is also a qualified accountant in Australia and in Hong Kong.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Hong Kong and Greater China secured logistics market, Matthew is the Financial Controller for Certis Hong Kong and Macau. In addition to his core financial responsibilities, he is also responsible for the enterprise risk management of the region.

Prior to joining Certis Hong Kong and Macau, Matthew was the Financial Director, Asia in Brink’s, where he was responsible for overseeing the finance heads of its Asia offices. He was also the former Financial Controller in Pacific Internet Limited.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Finance & Accounting from the South Bank University, London and is a certified public accountant by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds a Master of Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Matthew is a qualified company secretary under the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.

With over 10 years of Operations and Human Resources (HR) experience, Hannah leads the overall HR strategy and operations for Certis Hong Kong and Macau. In particular, her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and procedure development.

Hannah’s leadership has successfully increased the HR system’s efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the office’s 3,400 employees. Prior to joining Certis Hong Kong and Macau, Hannah worked in manpower analysis and network resources planning in SF Express.

Hannah is an Associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM).
