What We Do

ITL unlocks individual potential by building practical AI and technology capabilities that enable people to perform, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment. We partner with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and related agencies to raise digital literacy across the workforce.

In partnership with the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) and leading Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), we developed the Digital Literacy Learning Pathway, a structured framework that supports workforce transformation at every stage, from foundational digital literacy to advanced innovation.

Through the Certis-SUTD AI Literacy Programme, we take a structured, progressive approach to building AI capability across the workforce. Our three-tier framework meets employees where they are, whether just getting started with AI or ready to develop advanced solutions, guiding them along a clear pathway from awareness to innovation.

Digital Discovery

The starting point for AI literacy.

Learners build a foundational understanding of AI principles and gain hands-on experience with no-code AI tools, developing the confidence to engage with AI in their everyday work.

For those ready to go deeper.

Learners move into low-code AI development using Python, and explore how to leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI chatbots, translating AI knowledge into practical, workplace-ready solutions.

Leading Business

Leading Business (Global Leadership Induction Programme) is designed for new senior leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of our organisational priorities and growth strategies.
