Centre for Partnerships and Marketing

Partnering global leaders in capability building to drive growth of people and organisations.

About Centre for Partnerships and Marketing (CPM)

The Centre for Partnerships and Marketing (CPM) builds and manages Certis Corporate University’s external relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning, industry bodies, and innovation partners.

Through these collaborations, we develop meaningful learning opportunities, create structured talent development pathways, and drive initiatives that strengthen workforce capability across the organisation.

Our partnerships go beyond formal agreements. They are active, ongoing collaborations designed to bring external expertise, fresh perspectives, and real-world relevance into how we and our partners develop our people.

How We Collaborate

Here at the Centre for Partnerships and Marketing (CPM), we collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning and industry partners to build capability, create opportunity, and drive meaningful impact across Certis and beyond.

Workforce Upskilling

We partner with leading Institutes of Higher Learning to co-develop and co-deliver programmes that build practical, future-ready capabilities. Our collaborations are open to both Certis employees and external organisations looking to upskill their workforce through academically grounded, industry-relevant learning.

Here are some of the partnerships driving our workforce upskilling initiatives:

In collaboration with SMU, we co-developed and co-deliver a design innovation course for executives and managers. The programme equips participants with a human-centred mindset and tools to approach complex challenges with greater creativity and structured problem-solving.

Together with SUTD, we co-developed digital literacy and AI programmes that builds practical skills employees can apply directly in their day-to-day work, supporting broader workforce transformation across the organisation.

Talent Development

We work with Institutes of Higher Learning to create structured early-career pathways that connect students with real-world opportunities. Through internship programmes and collaborative initiatives, we help bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice.

Here is how we are creating early-career opportunities today:

We work with partnering institutions to offer students structured internship opportunities within Certis, providing meaningful exposure and hands-on experience across our operations. We are actively expanding our network of academic partners to broaden access to these opportunities.

Industry Partnerships

We collaborate with industry partners and academic institutions to take on meaningful challenges through applied research and joint projects. These partnerships are built around shared goals, creating outcomes that deliver value beyond any single organisation.
