Certis Security delivers 24/7 support through its National Operations Centre (NOC). It’s here, in this centralised operations centre, where we monitor and keep control of everything we do for our clients across 500+ sites.
The NOC is manned by 26 dedicated staff who ensure security officers arrive on site, complete their required checklist, and organise security officers in a timely manner to fill gaps and absences.
When an incident occurs, it’s immediately logged and reported to management via our Incident Reporting and Investigation Management System (IRIMS). It’s escalated appropriately and the NOC ensures each incident gets the appropriate, and timely, action it requires.

BOSS is the only Australian security system built on the cloud-based OutSystems platform which provides us with real-time visibility over everything happening on site, from security team rosters to incident reporting.
