Is Certis MAP open to Masters level graduates?
Yes, it is. However, we do not offer different packages for different qualifications.
I am a foreigner. Can I apply?
Yes, the Certis MAP programme is open to both local and foreign students and young professionals with less than 2 years of working experience.
Are you looking for specific majors or educational backgrounds?
We welcome candidates from all majors and backgrounds. However, it is preferred though not required, if you can demonstrate basic savviness in technological skills (analytics, basic coding, Power BI etc.).
What is the application process?
We want to make sure you are the right fit. Every application goes through a four-stage selection process where we shortlist individuals at each stage:
- Online Application and Phone Screening
- Online Psychometric Assessment
- Panel Interview with Senior Leadership Team
- Interview with Executive Leadership Team
How many MAs are you hiring every year?
We take in about 5-8 outstanding graduates and young professionals.
Will I be able to choose my preferred role / business unit for my rotation(s)?
Our team will work with you closely to understand your aspirations, qualifications but the final decision lies with the management team who will take into consideration your skills, interests, business needs and fit with the team.
When will I be notified of the results?
The overall assessment and selection process will take place from January to May each year. You will receive an email regarding next steps if you are shortlisted.
Will I be posted to a permanent business unit / function after the two-year programme?
All MAs will go through 2 rotations within the two-year programme. Thereafter, the MA can either (i) remain in the current business unit / function, (ii) return to the business unit / function in his/her first year or (iii) be rotated to a third business unit / function for exposure. This will be done in consultation with each MA, the HR team as well as the relevant Head of Business Unit / Function.
